One More Weekend – Aunty Meredith
The Australian band One More Weekend has released a terrif(ying)ic video for Aunty Meredith, the single they dropped on July 5, 2025, following We Used To, their 2023 debut album.
In the video, with a Halloween-inspired style, the band is seen immersed in a series of satanic rituals that unfold in the mind of Connor Dougan, frontman of the Melbourne group, after experiencing hallucinogenic effects during a night of partying and camping.
The video, directed by Iak Music Video, perfectly blends the psychedelic delirium of the visuals with One More Weekend’s rocky guitars, a genre they embrace with striking authenticity. Aunty Meredith was recorded and produced by Adrian Hannan at The Songstore.
One More Weekend was founded in 2016 by Connor Dougan (vocals, rhythm guitar), Tim Aslett (guitar), Leith Dougan (bass), and Jayson Riley (drums). The group joined The Critters Acts project in 2024.
