Blondie – Heart Of Glass (Disco Long) 1979/2018

Heart of Glass is a song by American new wave/punk rock band Blondie, written by singer Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein. It appeared on the band’s third studio album Parallel Lines (1978) and was released as the album’s third single in January 1979. The track went on to reach number one on the charts in several countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
This is the re‑issue of Blondie’s 1979 classic tune Heart Of Glass, featured as one of six tracks on the EP / mini‑album of the same name. Don’t miss track 4, The Disco Song.

Harry and Stein founded Blondie in New York City in 1974. The current formation includes
Debbie Harry, Chris Stein, Leigh Foxx, Matt Katz-Bohen and Tommy Kessler. The band is workign on the release of their new studio album High Noon, which will be out in 2026.
